About the Film
Malevolence 3 is the final chapter of the Malevolence/Bereavement trilogy. The first two films were released in Theaters and on DVD around the world.
In this suspenseful conclusion to the story, Martin Bristol returns to where it all began: the home where he was kidnapped from. But he is not the boy who disappeared over 10 years ago. Tortured and abused at the hands of his psychotic captor, Graham Sutter, Martin is damaged beyond repair. Lurking in the shadows of suburbia, he stalks and kills without remorse, picking his victims at random - or are they? Special Agent William Perkins follows Martin’s trail of terror, desperate to capture him before he kills again. Martin’s family, mourning his disappearance for over 10 years, is informed not only that he is alive, but that he is responsible for the wave of murder sweeping through their town. Will they be able to reunite with their long lost son before it’s too late, or will Perkins have to use excessive force to bring him down?
What We Need
There are NO high salaried producers involved, It's just me, my crew and YOU (we hope). Every dollar you contribute will go right up on the screen. Over the years we have learned to maximize every dollar of our budgets.
Everyone on the crew and cast is donating their time and even their own money, so every dollar contributed will go towards making this film happen. We are just $75,000 away from achieving our goal and getting this film into production! Help us by pre-ordering the DVD or Blu Ray, or any of the other rewards, thanks!
About the Previous Films
The original Malevolence was a surprise indie hit back in 2005. It was released worldwide by Anchor Bay Entertainment.
It was followed by Bereavement (2011), a prequel that explored the origins of the masked killer, Martin. Bereavement starred a then unknown Alexandra Daddario (Texas Chainsaw 3D, Percy Jackson), Michael Biehn (The Terminator, Aliens), Brett Rickaby (The Crazies), and John Savage (The Deer Hunter) and Spencer List as Martin.
Both films are available on DVD at retail stores or Amazon.com. Or Netflix.
Meet the Filmmakers
Stevan Mena has written and directed several feature films, including both Malevolence and Bereavement, and also Brutal Massacre: A Comedy. He also does television work, including directing several episodes of the ghost series School Spirits for the SYFY Channel.
Stevan will return to the director's chair for Malevolence 3, acting as writer, director, producer and also composer.
Brian O'Halloran is a star of both the big screen and the stage. Most of you know him from Clerks and Clerks 2, (or the hilarious Brutal Massacre: A Comedy :) But what you may not know is that Brian is also multi talented behind the scenes as well, and is acting as a Co-Producer on Malevolence 3.
