Use LifeKeeper Cardio frequently while you do physical exercise. The Smart Training function of LifeKeeper will help you optimise your physical activity taking into account your characteristics and personal goals.
The recommendations provided by Smart Training focus on four key goals: accelerate the consumption of fat reserves, strengthen your heart, improve the functioning of blood vessels and increase HDL cholesterol, which provides cardiovascular protection.
While you do physical exercise, and also while you recover, the LifeKeeper Monitoring System will detect and warn you of any potential risk of stable angina, atrial fibrillation or stroke.
The LifeStyle function allows you to evaluate the stress and quality of rest to act accordingly for their improvement.
The user inputs his or her basic health data in the APP: date of birth, weight, gender, pulse, chronic diseases, regular medication, etc.
The LifeKeeper APP provides a repertoire of frequent activities that you can customize: work, sleep, hiking, golf, running, tennis, cycling, etc.
When starting an activity, the user selects it in the LifeKeeper APP. While performing any given activity, LifeKeeper will analyze the captured biosignals, and if necessary the APP requests from you additional information through simple questions: altered vision? nausea? etc.
While you perform your activities, LifeKeeper will provide you alerts, directions and suggestions. For example, upon detection of a possible health risk, LifeKeeper can suggest the user to stop all physical effort and contact a medical doctor with a report on the specific alert.
At the end of your activity, the system stores the data and provides a report of it.
The main function of control of health risks keeps running while you are using LifeKeeper for lifestyle management and smart training.
When the user begins a new activity, the LifeKeeper APP will instruct the LifeKeeper device to start the biosignals capture process for this specific activity.
Throughout your activity, the LifeKeeper APP will constantly receive biosignals, and analyze them in real time. It will do so taking into account your personal and historical data related to similar events and circumstances, and when appropiate, it will instruct the LifeKeeper device to adapt the biosignals capture to the analysis requirements.
When necessary, the LifeKeeper APP will ask you additional information through simple questions.
At the end of your activity, the system stores the analytical variables.
