From the voice of Bender on "Futurama", John DiMaggio, the producer of "Kill The Irishman", Tommy Reid and director/co-producer, Lawrence Shapiro from "Los Lobos: Kiko Live", comes a documentary that puts a face to the voices we all know and love. This film exposes the word to the fascinating and all too often unrecognized world of voice over acting. From the talent that does the acting to the people behind the "animation cells" that make this work into an art form. The film includes a star-studded cast of 150 actors including DiMaggio, Seth Green, Billy West, Breckin Meyer, Nancy Cartwright, Hank Azaria and many, many more...
The world premiere of I Know That Voice will take place at the world famous American Cinematheque at The Egyptian Theater in Hollywood, California on November 6th, 2013 at 7:00pm. And because this is a documentary for the fans, we want the fans to be involved in celebrating with the cast and crew who some of you grew up with watching on television and on the big screen. Be a big part of our Justice League!
The producers and cast of I Know That Voice also want to give back and have partnered with an incredible organization, charity: water...
charity: water is a non-profit bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. In just over seven years, they've funded more than 9,000 water projects in 20 developing countries. When complete, these projects will provide clean, safe drinking water for more than 3.5 million people.
800 million people in our world don’t have access to clean drinking water. Unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation cause 80% of diseases and kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war.
The good news: there are simple solutions, from deep drilled wells to water filtration systems. And with the help of supporters like you, they're forming a strong force against the water crisis. Join us.
