Rev. Washington said through his work he met too many homeless veterans and that is unacceptable. I say, "Homes 4 Our Heroes" this is a worthy cause.

Windows of Opportunities

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Too many of our nation's war heroes are coming back from the front-lines only to be left homeless on our streets. It's a heartbreaking thing to see: homeless servicemen and women in shelters, woods and under bridges. Whole Man Ministries has partnered with several contractors and to do their part to help!

It’s quite disheartening to drive throughout the city and to see our former heroes laying beside porches, abandoned buildings and sleeping under bridges

Next to watching them march almost as uniformly as they once did in our armed forces, to any available soup kitchen, carrying all their possessions in a handheld plastic bag, hoping to make it in line in time to receive a free meal.

Give $5.00 today

This is not the life our veterans deserve, you can make a difference, and your contributions will impact their lives forever. Help put our heroes in homes!

This chart shows the number of sheltered and non-sheltered homeless Veterans during the annual Point in Time Count spearheaded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Who we are:    Whole Man Ministries

This campaign is very simple, and we are extremely passionate about it . Our organization wants to rehab "Homes for Our Heroes" and we need collaboration from the community in helping with this cause. Together we are united as one!

Your Contributions at Work

We have acquired five buildings for our veteran's housing program that need extensive work in to order to make sure they are energy efficient and environmentally safe. Your contributions will not only facilitate these costly repairs, but also make sure that one building is finished by November 11th, 2013 ( Veterans Day).
