    Each donor who claims this perk will be able to schedule a one-time training session during 2013 for up to 10 participants on how to use the Hidden Value in Abandoned Buildings (HViAB) platform and other strategies to attract developers and support grant applications for community development and affordable housing projects. I will present this training to clients along with assistance in developing specially adapted HViAB tools for their communities. (Commercial enterprises also eligible.)
