Hey, Henry! is the story of Henry who has survived alone on his family's for two years following the end of civilization.
Henry is sick with loneliness. He desperately misses his family and would give anything to get them back.
Not knowing what to do with himself, he flirts with death by hunting and toying with sundried zombies who wander onto his land.
He doesn't want to live but he doesn't quite want to die either.
One day, a young woman in her mid-twenties arrives at Henry's feet. She's covered in blood, unconscious, and tied to a horse.
Now with someone else to care for, Henry has to learn that his wreckless lifestyle can ruin the chances of the return of a semi-normal life. A family life. The life that he misses so much.
My name is Tim Stevens and I am a filmmaker in Philadelphia, PA. With the help of some very close friends, I wrote the screenplay and shot the first scene as part of an investment package.
Currently, I am working with incredible producers and an amazing FX artist to build a business plan in order to start production in early 2014.
The $5000 is part of the necessary development budget that would go toward a proper investment package. Necessary items include paying the retainer for my legal team to build a prospectus and business plan, forming an LLC, manufacturing FX makeup for the FX artists to test styles and looks of the creatures who will be in the film, and travel from Philly to desert locations as I look for Henry's ranch.
All of these elements will then be put into an investment package and presented to big money folks who are interested in funding and producing feature films.
This is only the beginning!
Thank you thank you thank you!
