Hello Everyone!

Thank you so much for taking time to read our story. My name is Lindsay Wilson, and I am here to introduce you to one of my oldest, dearest, childhood friends. Justin Graham grew up with me in Pascagoula, Mississippi where he attended South Elementary, PJHS, and Pascagoula High School. Although he grew up without a traditional family unit, he managed to be a dedicated, brilliant student. Justin was in the gifted program, pursued creative ventures, and was a generous, caring friend to
everyone. In recent years, Justin has lived in Atlanta with his wife and daughter, where he worked at the Vortex Little Five Points and attended school full time at Georgia State. Recently divorced, Justin continues to be the sole financial provider for his two year old daughter, Amelia.

On Saturday March 16, Justin was involved in an accident after leaving work. The details of the accident are unclear, but he was found lying on the side of the road. The injuries he suffered are severe: broken ribs, a partially collapsed lung, and a broken arm. However, the most significant injuries were to his spine. The accident broke two vertebrae and severely damaged his spinal cord.

Justin is paralyzed from the chest down. He is facing the possibility of permanent paralysis and permanent disability. According to his doctors, there is a slim chance he may eventually regain some feeling and some use of his lower body. However, this will only come with a lot of hard work, painful rehabilitation, and more surgeries.
This is where you come in.

Justin has a long, hard, painful road ahead. And like most service industry workers, he has no health insurance. His bills are already significant, and will continue to grow for years. What is more, he will be unable to work and unable to support his daughter. Any chance he has of walking again will only come with the best care and 100% focus on his part. My hope is that, with your financial contributions, we will
be able to relieve his financial stress, thus increasing his options and chances of recovery.

No donation is too small! The response we've been getting is AMAZING!!  I originally set our goal at $10,000 as a simple, hopeful guess. HOWEVER, Justin and Amelia may need lifelong care and no amount will go to waste! Their bills will be 100's of thousands! WE MAY EXCEED OUR SET GOAL BY AS MUCH AS WE CAN.  PLEASE DO NOT STOP DONATING. WE ARE NOW HOPING FOR AT LEAST $100,000, which is enough to make a real difference! I truly believe we can raise $100,000 if everyone continues to share and spread the word! Much love to you all.....you are doing a wonderful thing.   Anything helps, and every penny raised will go straight to his recovery efforts and to the care of his beautiful daughter! I’m asking everyone to give what they can, and to share this with family members, co-workers, friends, churches, and community groups! If you aren’t able to contribute, we understand! You can still help by sharing this story with the people in your life.

Again, thank you for your time and attention. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Keep Justin and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
