We've almost reached our goal!
While we close in on 100% of our goal, take a moment to check out our STRETCH GOALS for The Giving Tour campaign!
Any funds raised above the campaign goal of $12,000 will go toward making our debut album all it can be! We have an AMAZING opportunity to work with a very well known producer on the scene, but need extra funding in order to make that happen! Additionally, the more funding we have, the more tracks we can lay down in the studio!
So let's expand our minds and venture into the next phase of the campaign and focus some extra funds on making this album everything we dreamed it could be!
The Giving Tour in Short:
We are G-Nome Project, Israel's only independent livetronica music group, and we're coming to you, our fans, to raise support for "The Giving Tour" 2014 U.S. summer tour! Gigs are already set up in at least 7 states between New York and Colorado. The only thing holding us back right now are funds to cross the ocean to NY, get some wheels, and make this tour a reality!
This has been dubbed "The Giving Tour" by virtue of our commitment to give of ourselves during the day, between gigs, spending time with those in need. In addition to giving all we have, rocking out with fans at night in the venues, we are mapping out opportunities along the tour route to bring joy to recovering patients in children's hospitals, serve the needy in soup kitchens, and bring song & dance to a local nursing home or two.

We love to get together with our fans, play our hearts out, and continue to disregard logic and sleep to keep growing G-Nome Project into something greater than ourselves.
We've been playing and growing the G-Nome community since November 2012. Although we are based in Israel, a large portion of our fan base lives in the States and we feel it's time we finally come and meet YOU! This summer, we have the opportunity of a lifetime to fly across seas and oceans to embark on a 3 week tour in the U.S. With the help of dedicated fans on the ground, all tour logistics are in place, with shows organized between August 7-28 in at least 10 cities across 7 states, from New York to Colorado. The only thing holding us back at this point are the funds needed to make the trans-Atlantic, 5,565-mile hike to our starting point in NY and get some wheels, gas, and gear together to hit the road.
We have been so blessed to meet one another and form this amazing music group which we have found brings so much joy to our fans. It’s nothing short of a miracle that we met one another and made the time to play together at first… and that we continue to pursue this dream through all of life's inherent craziness. But we keep chugging along, disregarding logic and sleep because we recognize and appreciate that G-Nome Project is a very special, once in a lifetime project that has grown into something greater than ourselves. Our shows have transformed from performances into experiences which is what any musician playing in a band can hope for. The music we play seems to act as the nucleus or the focus around which an extremely caring, dedicated community has formed. The simple smiles, dancing around, and acts of kindness we generally see at our shows is truly inspiring. Our fans make us want to be better people. And we want the opportunity to meet more of them.
Building on the inherent altruism and good nature of the G-Nome community, and knowing that we can’t ask from others without pushing and challenging ourselves to give more in return as well, we are mapping out opportunities along the tour route to spend time with those in need. We want to bring joy to recovering patients in children's hospitals, serve the needy in soup kitchens, & bring song & dance to a local nursing home or two, and participate in other opportunities to give along the way. Because of the altruistic nature of our fans and this tour, we are dubbing this "The Giving Tour."
We want this tour to be an embodiment of what G-Nome Project and our fans are all about. Together, through community, and through the music, we will all help each other grow individually, give back to the community, and take this whole thing to the next level!
The What, Why, & How
What: To reach our funding goal toward getting G-Nome Project to the U.S. The tour will consist of evening gigs at venues across the U.S. (NY, PA, OH, IL, CO, CT, MA). Daytime hours will be spent travelling or spending time with those in need as outlined above
Why: Over the past year, we have grown a fanbase that stretches across the ocean. We have received request after request to cross the pond and tour in the U.S. We have no idea what the coming year will bring and this is our once in a lifetime opportunity to make this tour happen. Additionally, because we are conscious of the investment being made by our community to make this happen, we want to contribute generously in return. So we’ll be mapping out opportunities along the tour route to spend time with those in need.
How: Raising the necessary funds will bring us to the starting line by supporting air travel, van & gear rental, tolls & fuel. All other expenses beyond this -- living costs (food, lodging), merch production, recording capabilities, personal financial gain -- will all come out of pocket or scraped from ticket sales and private gigs along the way.
