After several years working together in a restaurant, four friends decided to put down their wine keys and put together a web series about life in the service industry in New York City. In the last few months, Jen, Ryan, John and myself have busted our asses to put together a show not just for people who go through the daily trials and tribulations of dealing with people who send their food back thirty times or get yelled at for not putting three olives in a martini as though we stole their first born child, but a show for anyone who has ever had friendships that bind, a life facing an unknown path and a desire to be something better.
With previous donations, we managed to put together four days of filming with the best camera possible (red) which helps the show look as authentic and real as possible. With one day of filming left in the books, we need help to cover the costs of on set demands, location as well as the cost of our amazing editor Andrew who has been helping us piece this together so it looks as great as possible. We want to be able to make sure our last day of filming coincides with how excellent the other four have gone in terms of giving you the best quality possible for the show.
Every little bit helps. Five bucks, ten bucks, it all helps. And if you can't donate (we all know what it's like waiting for that envelope) we ask that you please do us a solid and share our campaign on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, by carrier pigeon, whatever, to people who might be interested in helping us achieve the goal.
Our production really has gone through so much in order to put these episodes together and we are hoping for one more push from good people like yourselves in order to wrap it up and share it with everyone. We hope you're as excited to watch the finished product as we are to share it with you. And if you are, we ask that you please help us reach that goal by donating and sharing.
Thanks so much.
