For the past year and a half we have been working dilligently writing and recording our sophomore album entitled Psychonaut. Following the release of debut album Beers from the Grave and the 2011 T.F.E.S. EP, Psychonaut has pushed our musical abilities and lyrical content to a whole new level and we are incredibly excited for our fans to hear it.
We want to take the neccessary steps to release this album properly and that means spending lots of money. We will be releasing a music video and printing new merchandise and that costs money too. We could have gotten by with a lower budget release but we would hate to give our fans something that could have been better. Crowd funding allows us to get the money that we need to make an oustanding product, for our fans who want it, allowing for direct support with no middlemen to get in the way and complicate things. We hope that our fans appreciate the effort to give them the album directly, in advance and to show them exactly where their money is going.
What We Need & What You Get
We have finished recording the album and need to print it. We have shot the music video and must pay for it. We have a 2 month tour booked and need to print merch to sell at the shows and get the work permits we need to cross the border into the U.S.
In order to make all of these things a reality we are looking to raise $10,000 from you, our beloved fans. Everything we have ever done has only been possible because of the support we receive from our amazing fans. We released our first album and traveled across the country thanks to all of you. Then we were able to release a FREE online EP and tour across North America, again, all thanks to you. Now we are ready to move forward and take our careers to the next level and we want you all to jump in for the ride and help make this all possible!
We have broken down the expenses so that you can see exactly where the money is going and hopefully you will feel the urge to donate your hard earned money, so that we may give you the album we have been crafting for the past 2 years.
