Stan is a young man living in a big city. Lately he's been having trouble sleeping. Maybe it's his job. Stan spends his days turning miserable people into animals, using the latest technology.
Highly illegal and extremely painful, it's becoming a popular trend. Stan likes to act tough, but the stress of his work is starting to get to him....
Filled with surreal imagery and laced dark humour, the film stars David Wontner of Guy Maddin's Keyhole (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3637096/) and is written and directed by Nick Butler (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2891422/?ref_=fn_al_...)
We are excited to welcome accomplished Cinematographer Carl Elster to our team (check out his website at www.foreverepicfilms.com), along with talented Art Director Harold Gay (http://imdb.to/17AwxTT) whose recent credits include Art Department Assistant on Guillermo Del Toro's Pacific Rim.
This is a fun, fantasy project filled with stylized locations, live animals and surreal imagery and we are extremely passionate about bringing our imaginary world to life.
The perks we are offering include original art work inspired by the film as well as a chance for you to become directly involved and even visit the set on the day when we're filming with live animals.
100% of funds raised will go directly into the production costs:
In the event that we do not reach our fundraising goal, we will put all money raised toward 8 O'Clock Films' NEXT project.
