Our Service

Our field service team works as a mentor and instructor as the client determines which efficiency improvements are best for them. Our primary goal is to lower the stress of utility bills on the family budget. Our DIY Home Efficiency Guide Book empowers renters and home-owners alike to make valuable efficient changes before calling a contractor. Our field service provides comprehensive, "one-stop-shop", client care throughout the home efficiency evaluation process. We will raise sustainability awareness in our communities by providing informational seminars to community groups and organizations.

Your Support

We believe in the basic concept behind crowdfunding - trading value for value. Traditional lending will not take a chance on a non-well-heeled start-up. We are confident that our efforts will bring value to our clients.

Our business orientation is on client quality, supported by a continuously learning organization. For example, if you spot an error or have additional information regarding the content in the book, let us know. We will probably include it in our next edit and give you contributing props.

Our goal is $ 15,000. This amount will be applied to purchase insurance coverages, market to prospective clients, efficiency audit & improvement tools, acquire professional certifications and uniforms for first new hires.

We are thankful for any and all support. Please donate to receive our perk: Simple Green Fixes – It All Adds Up! (ISBN: 978-0-615-82920-3) This is your DIY Home Efficiency Guide Book authored by Brennan Pralle.

Projected Benefits

We have worked down to the gritty details in our business plan. Here are some reasonable, "happy numbers" we plan to achieve through our projected growth of effort in our communities:

6 - communities receiving sustainability renewal.

14 - new “green collar” jobs created.

4,046 – homes achieving basic efficiency improvement.

482,361 – gallons of residential water conserved.

8,147,109 – therms of residential natural gas conserved.

47,085,000 – kilowatts of residential electricity conserved.

That’s enough electricity to power 15,212 Colorado homes for a year! That is the carbon-offset equivalent of keeping 20,855 cars or 14,892 light trucks off the road for a year!
