Goovis Cinego uses twin M-OLED 1920 x 1080 displays measuring 0.7 inches with a PPI of 3147. This means the Cinego has 7x the pixel density of larger M-OLED devices such as the iPhone X to provide you a clearer, smoother and more detailed picture quality. 

The twin M-OLED displays were designed by SONY for the Cinego to provide you with the highest clarity and best visual experience we could.

32 GBs of Internal Storage and More

Goovis Cinego comes with 32 GB of internal storage, allowing you to upload and download all of your favourite movies, pictures, games, and apps. And if you're low on storage space, the Cinego comes with an SD slot for added memory, supporting up to 256 GBs of additional space.

Why is the Cinego so light?

The Cinego is so light because we removed the heaviest component (the battery) out of the headset and placed it in the handheld remote.

Does it have built-in speakers?

Cinego does not have any built-in speakers as it is made to provide privacy. But you can plug in your headphones to listen to anything you want.

Can I wear my glasses?

Cinego is built to comfortably handle those who wear glasses, but with the adjustable vision ranging from +3D to -8D it will allow you to set your preferred range so you won’t have to wear glasses or strain your eyes.

How will Cinego protect my eyes?

Built with AMOLED screens in front of each eye to help reduce brightness, contrast, and screen glare, the Cinego cuts down on the emitted blue light without losing picture quality. This will ensure you have an enjoyable time while limiting any eye strain you may experience.

When will you ship?

We are planning to ship out in December for our Early Bird backers so they will receive their Goovis Cinego before Christmas. Every other perk will be shipped out after February and will be arriving March to April.

Early Bird backers who ordered a Compact Carrying Case with their Goovis Cinego will receive it in December with their headset.

Why are you shipping the Early Bird Perks in December and other perks in January?

We have already produced a small batch of Goovis Cinego’s with our current manufacturer. However, we need to reach our target goal before we can begin larger scale production and shipping.

How do I charge it?

You don’t charge the headset but rather the remote battery and remote, which is charged through a USB connection.

What is the battery life?

The battery will run for 4.5 hours of non-stop movie or game playing.

Why do you use the term 4K?

Cinego uses dual 2K (1920*1080) OLED microdisplays, providing image quality as good as 4K display. For most 4K devices, the filling factor (ratio of active imaging area to the whole pixel area) of each image pixel is less than 60%. For Cinego, the filling factor is as large as 90%.

What 3D formats does it support?

Cinego supports the Side by Side 3D format, but is unable to produce a 3D image from a 2D image.

What does 6 axis motion sensing mean?

6-axis motion sensing means Cinego tracks your head movements, immersing you more fully in 360 Videos and VR content.

Is Cinego VR compatible?

Yes, Cinego is VR compatible. You are able to watch 360 videos and play VR Games

What OS does Cinego use?

CInego uses Android 4.4 (Kitkat). We use KitKat because it’s one of the most stable version of Android ever released, supports every app and does not take up a lot of processing power or memory.
