For the past year, we've been creating a feature length, horror/comedy film called Child of the Earth. We need your support to deliver it to the masses!

A little more than a year ago, Faulty Trail Productions began the painstaking process of making a feature length horror/comedy called Child of the Earth.  It was a long, drawn out process, filled with plenty of tank tops, sunburns, and day drinking.  The good news is, the film is complete and ready for your viewing pleasure and/or critical scorn.

Child of the Earth was shot in the beautiful Land of Enchantment just like Breaking Bad.  Hear that? It practically is Breaking Bad.  You will probably love this film, so you might as well buy a DVD or a Blu-Ray, maybe both. But, definitely buy a ticket to our premiere.  You can do all of those things here.  We're using this page to sell tickets and DVDs for the movie. Tickets will also be available at the door.

We need all of the help we can get!

We would like to enter our film in a few festivals and maybe get famous.  Unfortunately for us, this can be expensive... and Ryan (our director) just bought a new scooter, Sam and Rex are going to Europe, and Chase just got a very expensive haircut.  You can help us offset these festival entry costs by

  • buying a ticket here, or at the door
  • buying the film on either Blu-Ray or DVD
  • giving us money for no reason at all.

The Impact

None of the actors were paid for the blood, sweat, and tears that went into the making of Child of the Earth.  In fact, they mostly provided their own food/beer/gas money on set.  We'd like to change that for our next film and this is your chance to help out! If you can't personally make it to the premiere, consider purchasing a DVD or Blu-Ray, and forward this link to your friends who like horror, comedy, and cool dudes.
