Short Summary

Our friends at Julie's Village held a CHARITY Yard Sale on May 6, 2014 and was robbed by a "volunteer" working the event. The volunteer said she had lost her baby a few years ago and that she volunteers for non-profits that serve moms and babies. The CHARITY yard sale benefited non-profit organization Julie's Village, who serves pregnant women and new mommas. Close to the end of the yard sale, the volunteer said she was going to run to her car for a minute and then never came back. The large cash bills were gone.

One worker said "I just could not believe it. We went back through the story she told us about losing a baby, the disabilities of her other children and her desire to help non-profits like ours. Was any of it true? We see a few red flags now thinking through everything. We were just working so hard and people were generously purchasing things and making donations. We totally trusted her and assumed she was genuine. I mean, who robs a CHARITY yard sale?"

Help us right this wrong!

What We Need & What You Get

We want to raise $550 to replace the money that was stolen. ALL money donated under or over the $550 goes directly to Julie's Village, the CHARITY holding the yard sale, and to serve more pregnant and new mommas.

You get the awesome feeling that you helped to right a wrong and that a CHARITY and the clients they serve won't suffer because of this thief.

Other Ways You Can Help

Please donate and then share on FB so that we get this money replaced!
