British-born Robin Koerner, Constitutional defender, KrisAnne Hall, and Constitutional treaty attorney, Frank Bibeau will explore the U. S. constitution and its roots from an English, American and Indigenous perspective.They will answer the questions about the Constitution and its relevance today.

Frank Bibeau is a constitutional and tribal attorney in northern Minnesota. Frank believes in the importance of natural law and the ability to sustain a living. Frank has worked with various tribes and rural Minnesotans on hunting, fishing, and property rights as well as tribal constitutional issues. Frank is working now with Honor the Earth to secure a safe, fair and environmental reroute of the Sandpiper pipeline that respects individual and tribal property rights for all Minnesotans.
