<div class="description notranslate"> <p>I am a Tampa based activist, entertainer, performance artist, and independent student of culture, philosophy, queer theory, and religious studies.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've helped lead organization for the past two years for the Transgender Day of Remembrance at USF, spoke at local colleges about my personal experiences as a transwoman and have done education and mini workshops on transgender awareness. I also have done volunteer teaching and working with children in low-income high risk neighborhoods, and have worked with environmental fundraising campaigns canvassing, raising money, and working as a leader.</p> <p>One of my major passions is performance which I do both as a form of art for charity and art events, as well as entertainment which I do for fun and self-expression, and as part of a living.&nbsp;</p> <p>I believe that through awareness, letting my voice be heard, taking strong stances on serious issues, being visibile in the local community, and being available to people personally as they find themselves that I can plant seeds of change both small and large.</p> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p>
