There can be no social justice without economic justice
<p>My personal committment is to Social Justice is through the acheivement of Economc Justice and Sustainable Economic Development. I believe that one can produce high quality products with triple bottom line results. These are: Environmental Soundness, Economic Viability, Socially Responsible business practices. In fact, I don't believe sustainable success can be achieved in any other way.</p> <p>I am a former Director of Technical Training for Honda America Manufacturing with responsibility for the training and development of 12,000 employees of three plants in Marysville, OH and one in South Carolina. I also served as Senior Human Performance Consultant to US Agency for International Development, I have worked exetensively in India, Africa, and Japan. Also was Managing Editor for The MicroFinance Focus Magazine of Banglore, India and Consultant to The Grameen Foundation</p> <p>Jerry. Peloquin is a technology literate executive with in-depth management and operational experience in process chemical, petroleum manufacturing, and food processing. Creating a paperless refinery model for ARCO Research and Development and redesigning the quality control and food safety assurance system for Nabisco’s Fleischman’s Margarine Unit, he is as comfortable on the shop floor as he is in the Executive Suite. Jerry is familiar with industrial controls and automation in both continuous and batch processes. </p> <p>He is a pioneer in the emerging field of Human Performance Management and organizational agility through the aggressive application of IT and enterprise management systems. Mr. Peloquin presently serves as President of Family Fish Farms, an aquaponics urban farming start up located in Washington, DC. The company plans include creation of distributive food production in urban centers and includes a national distribution model. </p>
