I am a professional singer who has been working in NYC for 20 years. I moved here on a Greyhound Bus when I was 18, making good on a pact I made with myself when I saw Muppets Take Manhattan! I managed to work steadily as a vocalist, which is such a blessing. I first worked with Indiegogo when I wanted to help my cast mates get to the Cannes Film Festival with "Occupy Cannes". I wasn't sure if it would be a suitable platform to raise legal fees, but Indiegogo reached out to me!
