Gang War In the Ghetto
In Jamaica, 1970, at 23, I was planning to build my second building, with a living quarters upstairs, and a grocery store downstairs. That same year, a gang leader conspired, and had me shot. While I was in the hospital, men took turns guarding over me so that the gang could not finish the job of killing me. My leg was amputated. As a victim of gun violence, I often wonder why these acts of violence continue, and how to save the young from becoming victims. This documentary is my solution.
