<p>Declan Flynn has been a filmmaker since the early 90s producing&nbsp;and directing his first 3D animated short-film, <em>&ldquo;Top-Toy.&rdquo;</em> Declan has produced and directed short-films, feature-length films, documentaries and national, regional and local television commercials. In 2008, his second-unit directing on <em>&ldquo;Inside the Handy Writers&rsquo; Colony&rdquo;</em> aired nationally on PBS, and his feature documentary film, <em>&ldquo;Running with Demons&rdquo;</em> won best documentary film at the Pennine Film Festival in England.</p> <p>From 2006 to 2009, Declan was the Vice President for the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Film Society&rsquo;s <em>Sunscreen Film Festival </em>acting as the festival&rsquo;s Creative Director and Director of Operations.</p> <p>Declan is a honors graduate from Saint Petersburg College and is currently the Creative Director at Wilson Media, a local advertising agency located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.&nbsp;</p> <p>Declan currently lives in Clearwater, Florida with his wife of 24 years, Dr. Della Flynn and his two daughters.</p>
