Classically trained, Laura’s vocal talent brought her around the world, singing European pop, jazz in Japan, and performing her own material here in the U.S., in New Zealand, and the U.K.</span></h3> <h3 class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Papyrus;">Her first airplay was with “When To Let It Go”, on indie radio stations across New Zealand. MacLean toured the country, opening for New Zealand icon, Midge Marsden.<span style=""> </span>Since then, her music has been supported by New England radio stations WFNX, and 92.5 The River, KUMU Lite Honolulu, BBC Radio in London, several college radio stations, and podcasts in the US and in the U.K.</span></h3> <h3 class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Papyrus;">Laura performs with her band regularly in New York, and the tri-state area. She has opened for such names as Tom Rush, Aimee Mann, and most recently, for a star-studded benefit hosted by Paula Abdul, at Paramount studios in Los Angeles.
