A female-led production company, focused on female-driven fare.

Phileon Productions is comprised of two female producers who want to make a difference in the film industry. Their focus is on female-driven fare, and increasing the number of women in front of and behind the camera. Sarah Phillips and Laetitia Leon met while working for a casting director, behind the scenes, and quickly bonded over their mutual passion for changing the world. Not long after, they formed Phileon Productions (a merging of their last names), and began developing a slate of films.
