Keep the Faith!

I'm a Marketer by trade. But at the end of the day I'm just a guy who's had some friends adversely affected by their criminal past. I watched as persecution and prejudice prevented my friends from getting a second chance to lead an honest, productive life. Then I researched the larger problem. The costs of incarceration. Recidivism rates for employed vs. unemployed ex-offenders. And I realized that no one has really launched a focused effort like this to really help those with a criminal record
