Lea's memoir, about her husband losing the memories of their life, and the identity changes in herself as a result, is forthcoming from Tin House Books. She has written literary adaptations and television series for Hollywood, as well as essays for literary and online publications. She teaches writing online and in-person in the USA and Canada. Her company, Every Beautiful Thing is a partnership of women, and those who support women's stories on the screen.
