My name is Alex Shek. I'm a native of the DC metro area, an athlete, coach and a serial entrepreneur. My wife Julia and I are co-founders of Victory Gardens DC along with my lifelong friend Peter Geoghan.My wife challenges me to be an example of faith and fitness wherever I am. I started my first company, C.O.R.E. Sports Mgmt. LLC, when I was 21 years old.We have introduced over 4,000 people to active lifestyles.I hope that my work will bring greater health and well being to those around me.
