My name is Patrick Hieger. I was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, though I've lived in a variety of places across the United States and South America. I'm a trained chef, having worked under such renowned names as Dean Max, Rene Ortiz, and Michael Anthony. I am also the author of 'Temple Ranch Cookbook,' which I wrote with the Temple family while working on their ranch in far South Texas. When not writing or cooking, I love to read, travel, and watch Harry Potter.
