Allen is one of the Directors of Vistelar Group, a global training company focused on addressing the spectrum of human conflict – from from interpersonal discord, verbal abuse and bullying – to crisis communications, assault and physical violence. After getting his MBA from the Wharton School and spending over 20 years as a senior executive at such companies as Eli Lilly and GE Medical, Allen left the corporate world in 2000 to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. He formed Vistelar in 2009.
