Franklin Tosh has been carving miniature sculptures, exercising due diligence as a dedicated artist/craftsman; successful in the oil/watercolor/acrylic painting, ceramics, pen/ink, pastels/charcoal, fresco(safe to say less demand today), miniature sculpture disciplines.
