A dreamlike adventure with two children and a jaguar in the rainforest

I've been involved in theatre arts for almost 50 years as actor, director, playwright & film-maker. But my heart is in the Guyana 'bush'. I have my grandfather 'Diamond Gilkes' love of the rainforest in my blood. He discovered diamonds in Guyana, but died poor. For him, the real wealth was the Interior itself which he explored throughout his life. He died there and is buried on a tiny island in the Putareng river called San san Kopai where, legend has it, diamonds were first found.
