After growing up in industrial society, I had a feeling there were other ways of living and being, so I started searching.
David Casey has spent the past four years in Central America catalyzing Project Nuevo Mundo. His work includes involvement with local cooperatives, ecovillage design education, managing a permaculture farm and a seed bank, and making festivals (www.projectnuevomundo.org). David received a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies with a concentration in Global Poverty & Practice from UC California Berkeley, and has been invited to present his work at universities and events in 9 countries.
