I am a father and member of a group called Montessori of O‘ahu Foundation. We are interested in extending authentic Montessori education in Hawaii. We have applied with the State of Hawaii Charter Commission to open a public charter school in 2015. While we work through that process, we are opening a small parent and community funded Montessori school for 2014. We are excited about the coming year!
