We maintain over a hundred species of edible and medicinal strains, including strains used in myco-remediation. Tradd Cotter, the other part of Mushroom Mountain believes that the fate of human civilization will depend on the rapid implementation of renewable food and fuel systems created by using mushroom and other fungi.
