I am editor and publisher of Washington Gardener Magazine, which I launched just 10 short years ago for gardeners in the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, MD, VA, and beyond). As a life-long gardener, I believe that growing plants should be stress-free and enjoyable. My gardening philosophy is inspiration over perspiration. I have been visiting public gardens, both local and abroad, since I was a toddler and I feel that are an essential part of our shares interactions with Mother Nature.
