A little about me...

I was born in Durham, made way to Louisiana, then Kansas, and eventually found my way back to North Carolina in 1999. Since the age of 14, I have lived and breathed the restaurant business. I went from being picky about food, to finally opening my mind up to trying any and everything without prejudice. Over the years, I've learned a lot about the restaurant business. I've been passionate about food for some time, and am looking forward to showcasing that passion, and sharing it with the masses!
