Rob Del Genio started out working as a business writer and editor, began developing new subscription publications that he would write for small business CEOs and others, expanded into writing the promotional copy to attract new subscribers and eventually turned completely to the dark side and became a marketing consultant. After he lost his 20-year companion, a Lhasa Apso named Tasha, he found Maxie, a stray cat in a New Jersey animal shelter.
