Founded in January of 2011 by Alex and Ana Bogusky, John Bielenberg and Rob Schuham, COMMON supports, connects and celebrates those designing a new era of socially-minded enterprise.&nbsp;<span>Previously, he was a partner at UFUSE Visionary Strategy Management, helping creative entrepreneurs design and implement innovative business models and strategies with global impact. &nbsp;He&nbsp;</span>is also an advisor to Fuse Corps, enlisting entrepreneurial professionals to tackle the nation&rsquo;s most pressing problems through a fellowship with a visionary governor, mayor or social entrepreneur.</div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <p>Obviously, this all started in Hollywood, where he rose from the Endeavor Agency mailroom to become a partner at Fuse Entertainment, a leading management-production company with clients including the creators, producers and writers behind hit TV shows such as&nbsp;<em>The Mentalist</em>,&nbsp;<em>Gossip Girl</em>,&nbsp;<em>Burn Notice, Prison Break&nbsp;</em>and feature films such as&nbsp;<em>Sherlock Holmes&nbsp;</em>and<em>&nbsp;Zodiac.</em></p> <div>Richard is currently nomadic but looks forward to having a home someday. &nbsp;Maybe. &nbsp;He also ages backwards.</div> </div> </div>
