More heart than money, I was compelled to rescue this property

 I hate the cold, spiders, and all things creepy crawly.  What I am doing owning an old property from the 1800's/1930's in Western NY with winters as bad as Alaska, I have no idea.  All I can say, from the first and only time I visited the property in 2008, I was drawn to it.  When I heard the property was closing down in 2009, I cried....  I had to have it.... I was compelled to save it and I believe it is my calling to do so.  Unfortunately, I have more heart and soul than $, this is where all of you come in.
