Jeffrey Mills graduated in 1977 from the University of Texas at Austin in Radio/Television/Film. After six years working in Dallas and Houston in film production, he formed Io Communications to produce educational and documentary programs. In 2004, he incorporated Documentary Alliance to make possible work for PBS. He also participates in a community outreach program with HoustonPBS called Community Cinema. Jeffrey comes by his love of Interstate by his father, who worked for them in El Paso.
