John Schwencke

John Schwencke is the owner and Chief inspector at PorchLight Home Energy Assessors. John started his career as a remodeling contractor with a focus on building science. He later founded and operated a green building company that specialized in home performance and enhanced energy efficiency. This experience eventually lead PorchLight Home Energy Assessors to develop a home energy scoring assessment division as an extension to real estate inspection.
