Kate Murdoch

Musician for Wellbeing

Kate specialises in music for wellbeing, using ilimba (a harp-like instrument from Tanzania, where she studied extensively) and voice. She's worked in acute healthcare settings since 2003, and also developed music activities for the wellbeing of early years children. Kate recently completed training as a trainer of Musicians in Hospital with Musique & Sante, Paris. She also records and performs original compositions, and is an experienced project manager. Kate believes that nature is medicine.
