<p><span>Maria is passionate about listening, articulating questions of resonance and mid~weaving the interconnected ways through...Leadership, teamwork and the collective spirit that rises in/with Synergy have always been 3 places where she could find herself, learn and long further as she was growing up in Greece... and later on as she went abroad to "discover" the world. <br />Feeling magically connected with the breath and Soul of this Land, the depth of her power of place and her "inner landscapes": language, philosophy, poetry ... she knows that Systemic Tranformation is underway with innovation hidden in tradition and deep wisdom that resides in both ancientness and "philomatheia" (love for learning) as core~components of this journey. <br /><br />Since 2009 Maria is the lead~gardener and servant of <a title="" href="http://synergy-rhodes.org" target="">Synergy</a>, a social enterprise based in Rhodes, cultivating collective creativity, inspiration through the arts on social change initiatives, supporting the family, parenthood and motherhood, sustainability,&nbsp;environmental, cultural, active citizenship and other&nbsp;community~based creative &amp;&nbsp;conversational&nbsp;processes. &nbsp;Her practice and experience in co~creating learning spaces for individuals and groups is drawn from her studies in Organisational Psychology as well as Philosophy and Paedagogy, the field of Educational Leadership (emergent &amp; women leadership in particular), innovative social intervention technologies, counseling and vocational guidance, coaching, adult education &amp; life long learning, training and support for people with special needs &amp; talents, emergency crisis management&nbsp;(full First Aid training with the Hellenic Red Cross) as well as numerous fascinating learning experiences in the context of the Art of Hosting, Learning Journeys, Circle as a community conversation container, various&nbsp;research projects and experiences combining cultural elements, the arts, sports, body work and social learning. <br /><br />After many years of passionate, active radio listening, Maria enjoys the role of the radio host for a year now ...dancing&nbsp;with elegance on air waves&nbsp;of music and&nbsp;words... The new season radio doorway&nbsp;is called "Stories of the New Land/Earth",&nbsp; hosted on <a title="" href="http://www.lihnarifm.gr" target="">Lihnari Radio</a> and illuminating&nbsp;Social Change initiatives&nbsp;like KATALYSIS locally, nationally and internationally.</span></p> <p><span>Eternal (probably!) Lover of the Sea, she loves diving,&nbsp; swimming, walking by the shores and growing through the practice of "Sea~Whispering"... The last question/song she heard there was: "What is the&nbsp;power &amp; contribution&nbsp;of the organic local elements to the evolution of human consciousness?"&nbsp; <br />&nbsp;</span></p>
