Bani Khoshnoudi (b.1977, Tehran) is an artist and filmmaker. She has made short, documentary and feature fiction work that has won prizes in festivals around the world. Bani also makes sound and video installations and was Studio Artist at the Whitney Museum of American Art ISP Program. In 2009, she was invited to the Cinéfondation Residency (Cannes Festival) where she wrote "ZIBA", her first feature, which premiered at Rotterdam Film Festival. Since 2009, Bani lives in Mexico City.
