She has been a part of the production team for a wide variety of educational, promotional and documentary films for a many clients, including the Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Facts on File, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a regular contributer to Nature Outlook, Discover Magazine, and is a recipient of the Associated Press Documentary Award for her work on NPR. She holds a B.A. in Biology and a M.S. in Science and Medical Journalism from Boston University. As a filmmaker and former scientist, she believes it is vital for the stories of science and nature to be told in a way that’s exciting and digestible to all modern audiences. She resides in Somerville, Massachusetts.</div>
