Hello My name is Theo, and I am an assistant Chef at TC Bakery. I am also a partner in the company, and have been involved since the very first day it all began. At TC Bakery, we specialize in French Macarons and other French pastries and desserts. We pride ourselves in using the best ingredients we can find, and never using preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. It's always real European butter in our croissants. Customer service is just as important as our baked goods.
