Music is my passion

Devin Fletcher started his music career at William Penn High school. He later joined a community drill team called The Eastside Steppers of Wilmington, DE, which furthered his knowledge of giving back to the community. With troubled youth in mind, Devin Fletcher founded The Imperial Dynasty Indoor Arts Program in 2003 as a drill team and drum corp. He took troubled youth off the street and placed them into a safe environment teaching them drill, music and discipline.
