Who is HANDS?

HANDS is a joint partnership between Chelsea Trout and Arpan Somani. What started as a funny "what if" conversation, while sitting at a coffee shop in New Orleans, has become a full fledged vision for a new print revolution...well maybe not a revolution, but the vision for a print paper that would represent a youthful lens through which we can examine the state of our city, country and world today. Adding on our family, friends and friends of friends...we now present HANDS: The Other Newspaper.
