Inventor of LightCam
A few years ago I wanted to install a camera on the back of my house. Finding no good battery camera options and having limited power options, I decided it would be best to use power from my existing exterior lights to run a camera. Then it hit me why not just build the camera into a smart light so I could have both a Light and a Cam... LightCam.
