Lou is the founder and majority share holder of Chargetek, an industrial and military battery charger manufacturer. Chargetek products are sold into twelve major industries and cover a very wide range of applications. The company facilities are in Camarillo, CA and Taiwan. Lou operated a power electronics engineering design firm for 18 years prior to launching Chargetek. The firm designed power systems and embedded controls for over forty companies. Lou also presented several professional training seminars in the areas of state of the art power conversion and battery charging systems.He has an MSEE from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
