Whole Kids Foundation, a Whole Foods Market foundation, is dedicated to improving childhood nutrition and increase access to healthy food choices through three key efforts including salad bars, school gardens and healthy eating education for teachers. Since its inception in 2011, the Foundation has funded over 900 school garden grants in partnership with FoodCorps and 1,400 salad bars through Let's Move Salad Bars to Schools, giving more than 1 million kids access to healthy food choices.
